The Access-A-Fuse is an inexpensive, convenient and reliable way to make an electrical connection at the fuse panel for your accessories or test equipment (even if the cigarette lighter or power plug is not working.) You’ll be able to add accessories such as interior/exterior lights, stereo equipment, cell phones, radar detectors etc. The Access-A-Fuse is a simple device that turns one fuse slot into a readily available power source while maintaining the original fuse in place. The Access-A-Fuse is two fuses in one! It has an original 20amp circuit plus a 7.5amp fused accessory connection, thus eliminating the need for in line fuse holders or fuse taps. Professional mechanics can quickly access a circuit for testing without makeshift probes. Access-A-Fuse has its own second fuse to protect the original circuit. The extra Access-A-Fuse contact provides a handy source of power for accessories or testing without risky and unreliable wire splicing.

In the past mechanics had to rely on manually placing a wire up against a fuse's terminal, and force it into the fuse panel. This method can damage the plug, cause shorts or even a fire. Since the invention of the Access-A-Fuse, there is now a quick, safe and reliable way to test equipment and provide a fused power supply for car and truck accessories. This is possible due to the new breakthrough technology of the patented extended blade; which folds down into the fuse when not in use.

The Access-A-Fuse is now available in a "Mini" version. It is offered in 10, 15 and 20amps. Unlike the ATC version, the Access-A-Fuse-Mini's extended blade is fixed into position and does not fold down into the fuse. This feature is not possible due to the fuse's small size, yet its functionality matches the original. It may however be bent forward or backwards once to accommodate certain fuse panel covers.  3/16" slide-on connectors are included with each order.
